The diagram shows changes in the structure of the uterus lining during the menstrual cycle in a healthy female. Two regions are labelled Q and R. S shows when ovulation occurs Which row shows the change in hormone levels responsible for the changes shown in the diagram during Q, during R, and for ovulation at S?

During menstruation (Q), progesterone decreases and the uterus lining sheds. R shows when uterus lining builds up. This is when oestrogen increases. S shows ovulation. During ovulation, LH is at its peak.
So the answer is A.
