Several processes can change the proportion of gases in the atmosphere by adding or removing carbon dioxide or oxygen. Which row is correct?

This is fairly simple. Aerobic respiration adds carbon dioxide. Photosynthesis uses
atmospheric carbon dioxide and releases oxygen. Decomposers use atmospheric oxygen for respiration.
