This is ethene (a type of alkene). This can be produced.

C – Correct
This is not a possible product or a molecule. 6 carbons cannot be attached to 16 hydrogens. The maximum number of hydrogens that can bond with 6 carbons is 14.

D – Wrong
This is octene (a type of alkene). This can be produced.

E – Wrong
This is dodecene (a type of alkene). This can be produced.
