This is actually a pretty simple question. All of the compounds are electrically neutral i.e. they have no charge. We have been given the charges of the individual ions. We just need to calculate which of the options would give us an answer of 0.

A
(2) + (-3) + (-1) = -2

B
(6) + (-6) + (-1) = -1

C
(10) + (-9) + (-1) = 0

D
(14) + (-15) + (-1) = -2
